Bolesa Platform

One trail from the order to collection.

Bolesa connects the store, the warehouse floor, the carrier, and the SAR wallet. An order comes in, stock is confirmed, the waybill is issued, and COD lands on the same account.

How an order moves

From the order to collection — one path.

  1. 01The order lands

From the store, the API, Excel, or a manual entry.

  2. 02Stock is confirmed

The warehouse sees the SKU, the slot, and whether it can ship.

  3. 03Pack and label

Scan, pack, and print the waybill from the same order.

  4. 04A carrier is chosen

Compare the fee and the delivery time, turn COD on, and hand the shipment off.

  5. 05Collection closes

Tracking, returns, and COD settle on the wallet.

How the platform works

The detail the team runs every day.

In Saudi Arabia the platform puts shipping, the warehouse floor, and the wallet on the same order number. Shipping has no SaaS subscription. Carrier fees come out of the wallet, and warehouse management is a separate priced product.

Issuing the waybill

An order comes in and a shipment leaves as a waybill. You compare the carriers on the account — SMSA, Aramex, AyMakan, J&T Express, and Naqel — by fee and delivery time. Turn cash on delivery on when the order needs it, then issue one label or a batch from an Excel file. Your own carrier contract can sit beside Bolesa rates on the same account.

  • One waybill, or a batch from an Excel file.
  • A print queue for the labels that are ready.
  • Public tracking from the same shipment reference.
  • Returns recorded against the original waybill.
  • Your own carrier contract, or Bolesa rates, on the same account.

The warehouse floor

In Saudi Arabia the warehouse sits on the same order. Hubs and slots hold the stock. A pick confirms the SKU is there. Packing scans the barcode with the phone camera or a USB scanner, then the label prints. Purchase orders and transfers move stock in. A 3D map shows the floor, and automation rules can move a ready order toward shipping without a second entry.

  • Hubs, slots, and on-hand inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and a barcode scan before the label.
  • Phone camera or a USB scanner.
  • Purchase orders and transfers between hubs.
  • A 3D warehouse map and automation rules.
  • The shipping waybill uses the same order number.

Wallet and collection

Carrier fees and cash on delivery meet in one SAR statement. Top up the wallet, see what each waybill cost, and follow COD once the shipment is delivered. Finance does not rebuild that picture from carrier portals.

  • Balance and carrier fees in Saudi riyals.
  • COD tied to delivered waybills.
  • One statement the merchant and finance share.

Where the order comes from

An order does not have to be typed. Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, Easy Orders, and Matjrah can send it in. A REST API does the same for a custom store. Tracking status goes back to the store, so customer care reads one report.

  • A store connection with a default carrier and shipper.
  • A REST API for a custom checkout.
  • Excel or a manual entry when the store is not connected.
  • Tracking written back onto the store order.

One account

The merchant, the warehouse lead, packing, and finance open the same order number. Roles decide what each person can change. Status is not copied between the store, a warehouse sheet, and a carrier portal.

  • One order number from intake to collection.
  • Roles for the merchant, the warehouse, packing, and finance.
  • Exceptions visible on the waybill report.
Who uses it

Each team sees the part they run.

The same order number passes through the merchant, the warehouse, packing, and finance. Status is not copied between systems.

  1. 01MerchantWaybills, wallet, and the store connection.
  2. 02Warehouse leadHubs, inventory, and preparation.
  3. 03PackingBarcode scan and label printing.
  4. 04FinanceFee statements and COD.
